  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch Spicy Italian Seasoning
  • 1 package (about 12 ounces) prepared flatbreads (2 pieces)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix olive oil and ricotta cheese in small bowl. Spread evenly over flatbreads. Mix mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and Spicy Italian Seasoning in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over top of flatbreads. 
  2. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melty. Sprinkle with additional Spicy Italian Seasoning, if desired. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
