- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place Crispy Fried Onions and flour in resealable plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or shallow dish.
- BEAT egg in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs on both sides, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
